Position Summary

The Vice President – Digital Performance Marketing will lead our digital marketing strategy and execution across paid, owned, and earned media channels. This role is crucial in driving growth and will be responsible for implementing strategies that maximize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital channels.

Duties Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.Develop strategy and direct the planning, execution, and optimization of Paid Media campaigns, including PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and retargeting.Develop the strategy and direct the implantation of Owned Media, including continuous update of content to maximize SEO / organic search resultsDevelop the strategy and direct the implementation for Earned Media, including Reputation Management and earned Social / Influencer / PR tactics.Manage and optimize the integration of paid, owned, and earned media channels to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.Oversee the strategy and execution of the company owned Website and eCommerce platform.Implement data-driven methodologies to drive profitable leads and improve retention.Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team.Foster a culture of innovation, always on testing, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.Provide regular reporting and insights to the CMO and executive team on the state of Digital and Performance Marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvements to ROI.Collaborate with other marketing teams, including Product Marketing, Price Revenue Management, Marketing Strategy Intelligence, and Marketing Communications Planning for superior marketing execution.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, IT, Supply Chain and Customer Service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to enhance marketing capabilities.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.10+ years of experience in digital and performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Experience leading and managing a team.Experience with marketing department transformation preferred.Strong problem-solving skills, organizational and project management skills.Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing independently.Project management and change management skills.Customer service oriented, recognizing the importance of client services.Exercises excellent professional judgment.Ability to multitask and manage large, complex projects.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing work accordingly.Adaptable to change in the organizational environment.Demonstrated follow-through and attention to detail.Experience in the automotive or retail industry is a plusAbility to travel up to 25% of the time.Physical Demands/Work Environment
