Position Overview

The Marketing Project Manager will have the exciting opportunity to join our outstanding Marketing Team at Stanley 1913, the hottest drinkware brand in the country. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of projects to support our marketing team and rapidly growing brand. From seasonal campaigns and product launches to creative assets and consumer/marketing events, you will play a key role in ensuring flawless execution and successful implementation of our marketing initiatives. This position is a hybrid role based in our Seattle, WA offices.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee several sophisticated projects simultaneously, managing various workflows, timelines, and processes. You will work closely with the creative team, product team, sales, ecommerce, and other important individuals to ensure smooth project completion.

Adopt, build, and implement effective workflow and project management processes, continuously improving them based on project outcomes and metrics. Your goal will be to streamline project lifecycles and enhance overall efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timeliness of all ongoing Marketing Team projects.

Proactively manage timelines, anticipate roadblocks, communicate any delays, and find solutions to challenges to ensure all deadlines are met.

Facilitate effective communication between team members and project stakeholders, actively clarifying any unclear requirements, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure everyone has a shared understanding.

Use Smartsheet to distribute plans, briefs, schedules, and assign tasks. You will establish an optimal process for project management, which involves developing project scopes, briefs, plans, and workback schedules.

Expertly handle, negotiate, and convey the expectations of project participants and members of the Marketing Team. You will also assist in prioritizing competing demands to ensure successful project outcomes.

Lead project meetings, including kickoffs, reviews, updates, and retrospectives, effectively communicating action items to team members.

Facilitate team action by planning meetings and taking detailed notes to ensure work is routed and reviewed in a timely manner.

Anticipate resource needs and track schedules, making vital adjustments to timelines and resources as required.

Collaborate with diverse teams to contribute to the development of content strategies that support our brand's go-to-market initiatives.

Take an active role in growing brand awareness and visibility through innovative marketing strategies.

About you

You have experience working with a team in a project management role, supporting end-to-end brand campaigns and product launches.

Strong grasp of PR, media, social media, and related projects, ideally gained through experience in a marketing team.

Your organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills are exceptional. You excel at prioritizing tasks, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines.

You excel in both written and verbal expression, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.

You are highly motivated and thrive in a collaborative environment. You take ownership of projects while remaining objective and responsive to feedback.

As a self-motivated individual, you can take initiative and work independently.

Highly analytical and proactive, able to anticipate challenges and provide effective solutions to verify the success of projects.

Juggling multiple projects, both small and large, on compressed schedules and deadlines is second nature to you.

You have the flexibility to adapt and pivot in real-time when needed.

Experience

5+ years of project management experience.

Proficiency in project management software such as Smartsheet, Miro, TEAMS, as well as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience supporting complicated business and process transformation.

Successful track record delivering in a fast-paced, agile, high volume and collaborative cross-functional environments!

Bonus if you have

Hard/Soft Goods manufacturing process familiarity.

Experience working with a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.

Salary Range:$100,000-$130,000

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
