ROLE SUMMARY

Pfizer has an industry-leading portfolio including more than 25 approved innovative cancer medicines and biosimilars across more than 40 indications - including nine medicines that are either blockbuster or have the potential to be blockbusters. It is estimated that this portfolio will deliver ~$10B to Pfizer's bottom line by 2030.

The Oncology Account Marketing Lead will be responsible for reimaging and establishing provider organized customer and account focus for Pfizer Oncology Brands in the US. They will lead a team of colleagues tasked with seeking out Pan Oncology Insights & trends while working to build a plan that meets the brand needs of the US Oncology Portfolio.

This role will lead a team of Directors that will be working closely with the brand team and franchise leaders to optimize brand opportunities and remove barriers at the account level. This role will work to identify opportunities to scale account marketing initiatives across the Oncology portfolio to deliver on financial performance and ROI improvement goals.

Finally, they will set the priorities and advise on execution to members of their team and work compliantly in close collaboration with cross-functional colleagues, to ensure seamless execution of strategies.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

The Oncology Account Marketing Lead will have overall accountability for working with the US franchise leads, US Brand leads and Oncology National Accounts Team to:

Lead the US Account Marketing product team to drive strategic planning and execution and align with product-level objectives across all segments of the business

Spearhead the planning process to connect Account goals with emerging customer needs

Align on performance goals and develop field team engagement priorities to drive Pfizer Oncology priorities forward

Provide direction for the development of US Account promotional strategy throughout commercialization and ensure alignment across all internal stakeholders (US Franchises and brand teams, Market Access, Value Evidence, Patient Access, Advocacy & Policy, US Sales)

Advise Executive Management on key policies affecting corporate objectives, quantify risks and opportunities and make recommendations for action;

Deliver Account marketing strategies and tactics that to achieve brand and franchise goals

Ensure flawless execution of Key Account and GPO Marketing Plan while looking to establish a new way of working for the future

Managing budgets and expenses in accordance with Pfizer policies for Account Marketing

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 12 years of diverse commercial experiences in the pharmaceutical industry: Account marketing, inline and pipeline marketing, market analytics, franchise and corporate strategy, customer and account management

BA or BS required; MBA, Masters, or advanced degree preferred

Strong understanding of the US Account environment for Oncology

Ability to drive change and deal with uncertainty, proven experience in delivering creative approaches to solve issues, and track record of working collaboratively with challenging deadlines and high expectations.

Strong leadership skills with ability to cascade Pfizer's culture, attract top talent, grow, coach and empower colleagues, motivate and inspire team to exceed expectations and achieve meaningful outcomes and business impact

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $173,300.00 to $288,800.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
