OVERVIEW:

As a Senior Visual Designer on our team, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and marketing materials that support our brand across multiple business units, both internally and externally. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as product marketing, research, and product innovation. You’ll interpret a diverse set of creative briefs and ensure the messaging is effectively delivered through stunning visual designs. Your creative expertise will help strengthen our brand, enhance the employee experience, and develop solutions that resonate with consumers both inside and outside our organization.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree inGraphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

7+ years ofprofessional experience in visual design, preferably in an agency or in-housemarketing environment.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency in design software, especially Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Exceptionally creative and solutions-oriented, as demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing a range of design work.

Experience designing clean and human styles in corporate, b2b, education, or other complex business verticals is a plus

Optimistic and passionate about the work the team is doing.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Very strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Strong time management skills combined with self-motivation to ensure deadlines are achieved.

Proven track record of success working in a very fast-paced environment, multi-tasking among a large number of work products and internal partners.
