Position Overview:

The Vice President of Marketing will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, product adoption, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in product marketing, brand management, and digital marketing within the healthcare or technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities:Strategy and Leadership:

Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with Impilo Health's business objectives.Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the company's strategic direction.

Product Marketing:

Drive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring successful adoption and market penetration.Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Brand Management:

Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including website content, social media, email campaigns, and more.Ensure all communications and marketing activities align with the brand's voice and values.

Digital Marketing:

Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.Optimize marketing spend across various channels to achieve maximum ROI.Utilize analytics to measure performance, identify insights, and refine strategies.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand market reach and enhance product offerings.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and synergy.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing and brand management.Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns in the healthcare or technology sector.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
