Junior Digital Designer

"Our client, a financial assistance company, is looking for a Junior Digital Designer to join their team for up to 20 hours per week. Must have digital samples (social media, or ads) and be able to work with on a fast paced team to be officially considered You will help support a marketing team!The Junior Graphic Designer will assist in creating social media content, email, and other digital assist for the performance marketing team. This person will collaborate with marketers to ensure all designs align with guidelines and project objectives. Additionally, Junior Graphic Designer will stay updated on design trends and contribute fresh ideas to enhance our marketing efforts.Must Haves:-2+ years of experience with ad or social design and working with on marketing projects.-A portfolio showcasing digital work-Proficiency in either Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite. -Capable of being hands on & bringing new ideas in an extremely fast moving environment. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Nice to Haves:- Experience with design and working on performance marketing projects (high volume).-Experience working at a fast paced agency.- Experience assisting in editing video ads and or doing some video animation.- Proficiency in CapCut or Premiere Pro or After Effects- -Understanding and having experience with performance marketing related projects.
