Email Marketing Coordinator

"Our higher education client is looking for a Email Marketing Coordinator to join their team for approximately 2 months starting as soon as identified. As the Email Marketing Coordinator, you will be working with the Associate Director of Annual Giving and the Executive Director of Development to execute on strategies to help with the school's fundraising efforts. The Email Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for: - working with the creative team to design and build emails in Luminate through Blackbaud for solicitations, invitations, newsletters, and more to send to key constituencies - managing the email campaign calendars as well as executing on requests from the team and clients - editing all copy for email before final delivery- gathering analytics from email campaigns and reporting on them to share with the teamREQUIREMENTS: - 1+ years of experience ideally in a fundraising setting - basic HTML skills and the ability to work in Luminate from Blackbaud - able to pull and report on analytics of campaigns - strong attention to detail when editing copy for emails as well as when managing calendars- able to work quickly and efficiently while working offsiteCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
