We are excited to invite applications for the position of Director, Digital Marketing Activation Platforms within our Global Digital Applications Team. Operating within the world’s leading Oral Care Company, we are leveraging some of the leading cloud based marketing technology to digitally connect. You will be responsible for leading and implementing the technology solutions and strategy which power our CRM, Media Activation, Personalization, and Loyalty digital programs.

You will join a team of passionate, talented technologists who collaborate to design and build cutting-edge experience & marketing solutions to power Colgate-Palmolive’s Digital Transformation and deliver measurable business value. What you will do:

Lead the end-to-end strategy and implementation of the Digital Marketing Activation technology stack, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adtech platforms, Adobe Target, and Zinrelo Loyalty.

Own the selection, implementation, and roadmap development of key digital marketing technologies that support our global strategy for CRM, Media Data Onboarding, Personalization, and Loyalty initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve data capture strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing personalized, targeted consumer experiences.

Oversee functional requirements gathering, solution design, and process improvement for various marketing technology projects, ensuring successful deployment and integration.

Lead and mentor a diverse global team, managing direct and indirect reports while fostering professional development and career growth.

Develop and maintain relationships with global marketing teams and key software vendors to advance our CRM, Media Activation, Personalization, and Loyalty strategies, staying abreast of new technologies and trends.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field

12+ years of professional experience in Information Technology or Digital Marketing, with 10+ years specifically in enterprise digital marketing platforms.

7+ years of expertise with CRM, Digital Media Activation, Personalization, and/or Loyalty platforms, and 3+ years in Advertising Technology.

Proven experience in managing large-scale initiatives and complex technology implementations, including cloud-based marketing solutions.

5+ years of people management experience, with a track record of leading and developing diverse teams.

Strong understanding of data management, data governance practices, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), as well as experience working with large-scale data systems and agile project management methodologies.

Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to adapt to challenging situations and build strong customer relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of Web Analytics experience including Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, and 3+ years experience with Google Cloud Platform including Big Query, and Cloud Data Storage

2+ years experience with Snowflake

2+ years experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud

Experience using and implementing additional marketing technology including SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya)

Experience working cross functionally within brand marketing, ecommerce, or direct to consumer functions.

Strong analytical skills; must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting data from third-party platforms and adapt to custom internal tools.

Exposure to CPG ecommerce marketplace and channels

Exposure to SAFe framework in previous implementations / projects

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $146,000.00 - $210,000.00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.

Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements

Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually

Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually

Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year

Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
