EisnerAmper, a premier accounting and business advisory services firm, is seeking an Internal Communications and Change Management Manager to primarily support our newly formed Enterprise Transformation Office. This role will coordinate with teams across the Firm to develop comprehensive change and internal communications plans to successfully launch new tools and ways of working. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a growing environment and demonstrates exceptional change management and communication skills and a good understanding of project management.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

Applying EisnerAmper's change management methodology, tools, and processes to support the adoption of change.Working with executive sponsors and project managers to understand the project scope and objectives.Conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis and change readiness assessments to develop a change strategy.Working with the project manager to integrate the project and change management plans.Communicating progress regularly to leadership team and key stakeholders.Crafting a communications plan to support change efforts.Developing messaging across multiple audiences to socialize the change effort.Working with project executive sponsor and sponsor coalition to identify, coach, and empower change champions.Identifying, analyzing, and preparing risk mitigation tactics.Raising issues and risks to the appropriate project team members and leaders.Identifying and managing anticipated resistance.Building and executing the campaign strategy.Tracking and reporting on the change initiative.Build relationships and trust with project team members and key stakeholders across levels and departments.Support other change management initiatives and trainings as capacity allows.Basic Qualifications:

3-5 years' experience in change management.Prosci change management certification required.Bachelor's degree in related field.Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

Outstanding presentation and communication skills, written and verbal.Experience building and influencing relationships with stakeholders from various backgrounds and cultures to execute initiatives.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Smartsheet.A natural orientation for collaboration, with an innate understanding of when to lead and support.Proven track record of managing a wide array of stakeholder communications and relationships in a complex business environment.

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between85000and150000The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
