This executive leadership role is pivotal in creating an elegant customer experience for a range of iconic brands and comprehensive B2B solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and managing product and experience designs across the digital ecosystem, ensuring consistency in UI and UX, and spearheading a team that is dedicated to uncovering user needs, conducting research, and crafting innovative, user-centric designs. The role involves close collaboration with product and technology colleagues to deliver digital products that meet the needs of both internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading transformation, be adept at making data-driven decisions, and have a strong background in design, particularly within the digital media, information services, or technology sectors.
