Responsible for planning, development, and implementation of all ResponsiveEd's (RES) andBlue Learnings marketing strategies, both external and internal. Oversees development andimplementation of support materials and services for schools in marketing. Directs the efforts ofthe marketing and analytics staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the otherfunctions of RES and BL. Develops marketing strategies by studying economic indicators, trackingchanges in supply and demand, identifying prospective students and their current and futureneeds, and monitoring the competition.Qualifications:Education/Certification/ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Marketing, or a related field of studyMBA preferred.Minimum of 7+ years' experience in marketing, with demonstrated success.Strong analytical skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong leadership skills to drive results throughout the organization.Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing activities.Strong creative, strategic, and organizational skillsExperience developing and managing budgets.Experience building and executing promotional campaigns and delivering results.Excellent deck-writing/storytelling skills for business cases and project briefsHighly motivated, responsible, and accountable with strong initiative, project management skills,and outstanding business logicStrong background in 1:1 customer marketing, with robust experience in personalization,customization, and segmentation best practicesCommitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.Proactive, intuitive, purposeful, and direct with the ability to recognize, strategize, and creativelysolve problems.CRM strategy and management experience preferred; Salesforce, Zendesk or Zoho.Preferred KSA's6-8 years of experience leading and directing a Marketing staffExperience working in the not-for-profit or education sector.Responsibilities and Duties:Directs and oversees the development and implementation of marketing plans, strategicinitiatives, and campaigns to build and deepen ResponsiveEd's relationship with existingcustomers/enrollees, and drive acquisition of new enrollment.Supported the marketing budget across company brands to deliver sustainable growth at efficient Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and Cost Per Enrollment (CPE) targets.Maintain active, regular reporting on campaign performance, tracking KPIs and makingoptimization recommendations.Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.Ability to leverage external knowledge regarding digital space and established a network ofexternal partners to inspire out-of-box thinking.Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzingvariances, and initiating corrective actions.Influences present/future brands by determining and evaluating current/future market trends.Attract, develop, expand, and retain high performing teams of marketing professionals thatdeliver outcomes and key results; cultivate talent through coaching and training.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewingprofessional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.Develops new uses for existing collateral by analyzing statistics regarding market development;acquiring and analyzing data; consulting with internal and external sources.Equipment Used:All equipment required to perform jobs, duties and tasks previously described.Physical / Environmental Factors:The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfullyperform the essential functions of this job.
