Fire Sprinkler Designer

This individual will be responsible for creating fire sprinkler working drawings and BIM models using AutoCAD, HydraCAD and Navisworks. Produce hydraulic calculations for fire sprinkler systems, underground supplies and fire pump systems. Supervise junior Designers and Draftsman assisting in project design.Requirements:2 + years of fire protection design experience. NICET Level 2 or greater.Highly proficient with AutoCAD, HydraCAD, Navisworks, HydraCALC and HydraLIST programs.Demonstrate ability to utilize Word, Excel and PDF Readers.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Must be detail-oriented and good communication skills.Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen test.Excellent written language and interpersonal skills.
