Join our team as a Motorcycle Designer. Job Summary The major responsibility of the position is to work with the Design Studio to translate 2D graphics into 3D. You will be responsible for production art files and building 3D graphic location masters. The Production Artist position will also be responsible to work closely with Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing, and Supply Base to deliver Design intent. From concept to production, you will work closely with our CMF&G team (color, material, finish, and graphics). Necessary travel is required to support our Manufacturing facilities during graphic development. Job Responsibilities Translate 2D graphics into 3D mockups Produce production level 2D art files Work with Motorcycle Design to deliver graphics, pinstripes, and overall paint schemes Provide art direction and support to cross functional teams that include Advanced Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Base and suppliers Develop creative design solutions through interaction with cross-functional teams while adhering to critical milestones Create comprehensive digital presentations that clearly communicates design direction Education Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Education Specifications Bachelor\'s Degree in Industrial/Graphic Design or related technical field preferred Experience Requirements This position typically requires a minimum of 1-3 years of related experience. In addition, the successful candidate will have demonstrated the following: Demonstrated competence in Adobe software specifically Photoshop and Illustrator Knowledge of design principles and practices such as color theory and typography Knowledge of automotive paint and materials Demonstrated skill to translate 2D graphics into 3D Demonstrated experience or knowledge in generating design solutions, innovation...
