Marketing and Brand StrategistA leading local, independent Wealth Management firm seeks an energized and confident individual who will thrive in a busy environment. The candidate must be professional in appearance and manner, willing to accept direction, and quick to learn new skills.Duties and Responsibilities:Greet, meet, and form conversations with clientsAnswer phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitorsOversee the implementation of online marketing plans and compile and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of such plansWork with team to create marketing calendar and budget for upcoming yearCoordinate and collaborate to plan special events, promotions, and seminarsDevelop innovative strategies to attract customers to the company's brand through various web-based marketing programs and search engine optimization (SEO) techniquesProject Management for various print/web projects and ensure quality control by reviewing all projects in detailTrack and maintain sales records and modifies performance marketing initiativesReports to leadership concerns and makes recommendations based on analysis and forecastsPublish and implement social media efforts for the firmPodcast production - coordinate guest and manage the platformCollaborate with sales and product teams to develop branding messagesMaintain current knowledge of online marketing opportunitiesWork with outside partners to review newly released materials and roll-out options to the team for marketing effortsAnalyze analytics of events, email blasts, seminars, including attendees, open rates, etc.Help design and update company marketing materials and print advertisementsPrepare, fold, insert envelopes, seal, stamp and send packages and other correspondence as necessaryWork with leadership to promote, utilize and grow the firm brandAnalyzes existing website traffic and internet activity related to the company and products.Identify and recommend improvements and modifications to existing programs and additional or new marketing strategies and opportunitiesThe Ideal candidate possesses the following skills:Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and produce results in the positionAttention to detailSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and organizedExhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mailExcellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skillsOutgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilitiesCreative thinking abilitiesComfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environmentExperience in graphic design (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Publisher, Canva, Video Editing)Experience with social media, social networking, email marketing, and search enginesAbility to spot emerging market and business trendsProblem solving and critical thinking skillsSoftware Skills needed:Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point), Canva, Adobe InDesign (preferred, not required), Constant Contact. Social media platform posting and marketing usage.Education:At least 2 years of professional related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience.Additional Skills requested:Strong organization and communication (written and verbal), professional demeanor and discretion, works autonomously, while within a team setting.
