*This is a full-time, in-house positionWe are seeking a talented and data-driven Google Ads expert to join our growing team in Clearwater, FL as a Paid Search Specialist. In this results-oriented role, you will act as an expert in managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns specifically on the Google Ads platform. Your primary focus will be on generating high-quality leads and maximizing return on investment (ROI) for our client campaigns.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

on the Google Ads platform to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with marketing objectives.Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis
to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.Leverage your expertise in
digital advertising and data analysis
to identify target audiences, create compelling ad copy, and optimize bidding strategies for maximum impact.Daily monitor campaigns , analyze performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.), and make adjustments to ensure ad visibility and prioritize high-performing campaigns.Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC efforts with the overall marketing strategy.Demonstrate a strong understanding of

and the ability to combine and analyze data from multiple sources to gain deep insights and make data-driven decisions for campaign optimizationAbility to create, manipulate, and deliver comprehensive reports within Google and Sheets.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
in digital advertising, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior, leveraging this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and seize innovation opportunities.Assist Director of PPC in cultivating an environment of mentorship with department team members , fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders,
including marketing, creative, and sales teams, to crystallize campaign objectives, delineate target audience segments, and refine messaging strategies, while managing mid to large segments of ad spending.QUALIFICATIONS:At least 3 years of strategic and hands-on experience in Google Ads campaignsProven track record of managing large advertising budgets, ideally exceeding $20,000 a month, with a focus on optimizing spend to achieve specific business objectives.Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think out of the box to connect with audiences. Comfortable working across various initiatives and managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.Clear understanding of tag manager, conversion tracking, Excel, and Google Ad EditorDental experience a plus
