The Role:●Design engaging marketing emails using Canva and CRM platforms to reach our target audience effectively.●Utilize point-of-sale analytics to perform accurate data entry tasks, providing valuable insights for marketing strategies.●Conduct comprehensive marketing research on competitors and industry trends to inform decision-making processes.●Plan and organize itineraries and rundowns for upcoming out-of-store events, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.●Prepare visually compelling presentations to showcase marketing activations and campaigns, highlighting key achievements and successes.●Identify and evaluate regional event sponsorship opportunities, leveraging partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach.

Qualities We Value:●1-2 years of marketing experience●East Coast based●A positive, enthusiastic demeanor, eager to revolutionize the industry.●A hunger for learning and a readiness to tackle any challenge head-on.●A creative mindset and problem-solving skills.●Strong time management and task prioritization abilities.●Organized and detail-oriented approach to tasks.●Robust presentation skills, adept at articulating research findings through spreadsheets and decks.●Some design experience, particularly with tools like Canva.●Some copywriting experience.

What You Bring:●Proficiency in Canva for design tasks.●Strong command of PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.●Proficiency in Excel for accurate data entry and insightful analysis.●Prior experience in the cannabis industry is a plus.

The salary range for the role is

$45,000 - $55,000 USD .
