Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in a field relevant to communications, event management, or closely related areas (English, business, hospitality, etc). Excellent copy-editing skills and verbal and written communications skills; ability to articulate complex ideas and proposals; able to move between a wide range of topics, both historical and current, always with an eye to connecting with the PRAx\'s audience. Familiarity with, and commitment to innovation within, digital and technological forms of communication and education. Prior experience using data, whether or not in a specially CRM-oriented context, to inform decisions. Understanding of, and commitment to, justice, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and diversity practices and to embedding those practices throughout audience, along with a demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent problem-solving via phone, email, and in person. Ability to motivate, lead, and relate effectively to a variety of people.
