Develop and execute complex communications and public relation campaigns at local, national, and global level in response to emergency crisis situations. Lead, manage, and train cross-functional team of experienced communication professionals (writers, digital communication specialists, event, and engagement professionals) and freelance professionals contracted to complete special, international projects - to increase Alight’s brand awareness and impact globally. Collaborate with global program teams across more than 20 operating countries and develop storytelling tools that support their communication priorities. Develop comprehensive conference and speaking outreach strategy for Alight’s Executive Team, Speakers Bureau, and others to reach new audiences as well as spark new relationships and corporate cause marketing partnerships. Leverage data to inform marketing decisions and strategies using Google Analytics Platform, Meltwater Media Monitoring Software, and Media Valet Digital Asset Management. Design creative marketing copy and content using Adobe Creative Cloud Software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and WordPress Content Management System. Develop and strengthen relationships with storytellers from new and traditional media channels by using principles of co-creation. Develop and design web content and platform using Html/CSS, User Interface and User Experience design. Build and support Alight’s storytelling capabilities by managing Alight Speaker’s Bureau. Manage emergency communication and Alight’s public communications response in situations of crisis. Use Microsoft Office 365 Software: OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote.Requires at least 20% travel through the U.S. to attend conferences and media appearances.Remote work permitted within the New York City metro area.Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Marketing Director or related occupation.Must possess 8 years of experience with each of the following:• Managing, leading, and training a cross-functional team;• Leading multiple workstreams leveraging Microsoft Office 365 Software or equivalent, including OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote;• Leveraging data to inform marketing decisions and strategies using tools such as Google Analytics Platform, Meltwater Media Monitoring Software, and Media Valet Digital Asset Management;• Designing creative marketing copy and content using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud Software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Must possess 5 years of experience with each of the following:• Developing and executing public relation campaigns at a local and national level, including securing high-profile coverage in high-circulation national and international publications;• Developing comprehensive conference and speaking outreach strategies;• Experience with Human Centered Design (HCD) and applying principles of co-creation through community and public engagement to develop marketing campaigns, products and online platforms;• Collaborating with global teams;• Developing and leading social impact marketing campaignsEmployment location: 395 Hudson St., 8th floor, New York, NY 10014 (Remote work permitted within the New York City metro area)

Minimum Salary: 137604 Maximum Salary: 165000 Salary Unit: Yearly
