This role is pivotal in defining and executing the marketing and branding strategy, with a focus on building the company's brand and marketing approach to foster awareness and affinity among U.S. ranching partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting the brand story, overseeing marketing strategies that resonate with the core audience, and sharing the company's compelling narrative with corporate partners. The VP of Brand and Marketing will also lead a small team, operate at the intersection of creative and strategic, and manage the marketing budget and forecasting. A passion for the regenerative movement is essential, and while some understanding of soil carbon storage and regenerative land management is helpful, it can be acquired on the job. Applicants for the VP of Brand and Marketing position at the company should be dynamic, transformational leaders with a proven track record in marketing, particularly in creative, brand, or product marketing.
