As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy. If you are a results-oriented professional with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to make an impact, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development:Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy to achieve business objectives.Outline and manage all digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, email, social media, and visual advertising.Campaign Management:Plan and execute all web, SEM, email, social media, and visual advertising campaigns.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on those insights.Content Strategy:Develop and oversee the creation of engaging content for various digital platforms (website, blogs, social media, etc.).Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.Social Media Management:Manage and oversee all social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).Plan and execute social media campaigns and strategies to increase followers, enhance engagement, and drive traffic to the website.Email Marketing:Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.Analytics and Reporting:Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.) to provide insights and recommendations.Budget Management:Manage and optimize digital marketing budget and expenses.Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.Requirements:Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.Solid understanding of web analytics tools and ability to interpret data.Experience with SEM, Google Analytics (GA4), CRM software, and social media platforms.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.A deep understanding of the marketing, media and digital advertising landscape; previous B2B experience is a plus.Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.An eye for good copy and strong writing skills.Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Constant Contact, Netsuite or other similar tools for creating, tracking and analyzing campaigns.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.Proficiency in Adobe Suite is a plus.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Education:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant field. A Master's degree is a plus.Certifications:Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are preferred.Working Conditions:This position works onsite in an office environment.May require occasional travel for conferences, meetings, or client visits.
