Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Global Product Marketing Manager in the Active Wound Care business, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Exhibiting strong communication and leadership skills working with global and cross functional teamsSetting global strategic direction for product portfolio & building growth programs to achieve & exceed operating plansManaging all stages of the product life cycle, from concept through optimization and product rationalizationDetermining and prioritizing customer insights/marketing research needs to inform the marketing plan, NPI, segmentation and on-going business decisions. Actively communicates customer insights findings and trends to functional leadersImplementing pricing strategies and tactics in line with business goals and customer insights on value perceptions. Manage pricing corridors for the product lines to achieve the market share, sales and profitability objectives for the businessInitiating and approving projects to continuously improve efficiency and competitivenessYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (7) seven years of global product marketing experience in a private, public, government or military environmentORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND fourteen (14) years of global product marketing experience in a private, public, government or military environmentANDAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:MBA from an accredited institutionFive (5) years of Medical Device experience in a private, public, government or military environmentAnalytical skills, strategic thinking, business acumen, problem-solving capabilityWork location: Remote - United StatesTravel: May include up to 25% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
