We believe that consistency is key for a successful ad campaign, and that's why we bring together media buying and creative services under one roof.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an SEM Strategist. The SEM Strategist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to Paid Search/PPC marketing including but not limited to account and campaign management, developing and presenting reports, and post-click/landing page development. This role is based in Falls Church, VA but offers flexibility for remote work.Key Functional Areas of ResponsibilityPerform regular account management of PPC campaigns, executing best practices focused on improving KPIs (CTR, CPA, Conversions, ROAS, CVR, etc.) to deliver consistently improved results for our clientsPerform regular account analysis and reporting using in-platform data alongside in-house reporting dashboards and toolsCreate and manage new paid search accounts and campaigns, taking ownership of the client onboarding process from the initial launch through the optimization phaseProvide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates, as requiredAssist with the creation and optimization of post-click/landing page experienceCommunicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and campaign performance.Work closely with other team members to meet and exceed client goalsKeep pace with Google Ads and PPC industry trends and developmentsProfessional CompetenciesPassion for all things paid search, Google Ads, and digital marketingOutstanding ability to think creatively, identify, and resolve problemsHigh levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivationAttention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphereAbility to clearly and effectively articulate thoughtsAbility to learn new industries and businesses quickly and apply this knowledge to PPC marketingExcellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skillsProfessional Skills & QualificationsAt least 4 years of direct hands-on experience with Google Ads managementHigh-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google SheetsExperience with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Tag ManagerGoogle Ads certifications requiredBS/BA degree preferred or equivalent work experience
