We not only meet, but often exceed the most demanding delivery schedules and are always flexible to our customer’s needs.As a Content Creator and Marketer, the ideal candidate will be responsible for inbound marketing strategies to build a brand identity and online presence through the creation and dissemination of multimedia content online. This involves developing content strategies, growing and online community, and tracking that community’s growth.Duties and Responsibilities:Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goalsUndertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targetsProduce high-quality content by collaborating with design teams through digital distribution of video, images, and web contentUse company camera equipment and software for photos and video creationCreate an editorial calendar where regularly delivering engaging content is scheduled and executedEdit, proofread, and improve created contentOptimize content considering SEO and analyticsManage content distribution channels including email newsletters, social media accounts, and third-party platforms to increase reach and engagementAnalyze web traffic metricsConduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform content creation and distributionEnsure a strong web presence exists on various channelsGenerate ideas to increase customer engagementTake on any additional ad hoc assignments and duties when assignedQualifications and Competencies:Proven work experience with social and digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content creation, and email marketingExperience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and ShopifyAbility to predict audience preferences with an editorial mindsetHands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metricsExpertise with social media platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient knowledge of high-end fashion, furniture, and hospitalityBachelors or equivalent in marketing, advertising, or communications is a requirementWhat we Offer:Dental, Vision, and Health benefitsOnsite parkingCasual DressQuality & Company Inc is committed to providing an inclusive and barrier-free work environment, beginning with our hiring process.
