The Promotions and Systems Analyst is responsible for will be an integral part of the retail systems team supporting the promotion process and troubleshooting system issues. The analyst will work closely with business teams to execute promotion and pricing changes in the system. Business inputs will be translated into system requirements, documented, tested, and distributed to stores. The analyst will support stores and office systems working closely with retail support specialists to solve common issues, triage issues and document resolutions. Strong people skills are needed along with an understanding of various promotion types and how they interact. Some technical skills are needed to move files around and create groupings of items impacted by promotions.

The Promotions and Systems Analyst reports directly to the Director of Retail Systems.

Be a TPS brand ambassadorSetup all promotional deals and discounts for Retail Point of Sale SolutionTest promotions to ensure proper setup and configuration prior to releaseGenerate and maintain reports associated with deals and promotionsOrganize all promotion requests and communicate with stores and customer service to ensure current information is availableContinuously improving efficiency and effectiveness of Promotional Request processMonitor and address all promotional and pricing issues at stores and onlineFirst Line of support for retail systems issues generated in store and back officeAbility to triage support requests and troubleshoot common issuesProvide follow up communication on issues and ensure that issues are being documented and resolvedProvide technical support to end users in stores and officeAbility to quickly turn around work in a fast-paced evolving environmentAdditional tasks as neededJOB REQUIREMENTS:

1-3 years relevant experienceBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related degreeAbility to work 3+ days/week at the Corporate Office in Acton, MAProfessional presentation in attire, demeanor, and appearance
