Aquent's leading retail pharma client is looking to add a Marketing Project manager to their growing team. This talent will be responsible for supporting a variety of initiatives to help them acquire new customers and increase our engagement with and retention of current customers. This talent will play a key role in ensuring Marketing strategies are executed according to plan, on time and on budget.

Description:Gathers the requirements and proactively leads and executes assigned projectsHelp marketing organization ensure materials match approved content through extensive validation and proofing processCollaborate with our internal creative team as well as external agency partners to ensure marketing material and campaign designs remain compliantMaintains project timelines and status reports, communicates key milestones and risks to stakeholdersReviews and validates copy against Source of Truth Documents for our Annual Enrollment PeriodMaintains spreadsheet of tracking metricsProject manages any campaigns where materials are sent to outside proofing agencyOther work as assignedExperience:

3+ years' experience in marketing or related field.Experience working in highly regulated industry a plus.Experience working with marketing project management/automation tools a plus.Proven ability to work in fast paced environment.Excellent attention to detail.Education:

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.95 to $43.28 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
