Marketing Coordinator -
Civic/Commercial focus
Sasaki is seeking a full time Marketing Coordinator to join our Boston office. The Marketing Coordinator will be focused on the firm’s Eastern US civic and commercial markets and work closely with the Civic/Commercial Marketing Managers and coordinator team to help bring in new work.
As a marketing coordinator at Sasaki, you will play a pivotal role in the thoughtful execution of high-quality marketing materials for different work streams including but not limited to proposals, qualifications documents, brochures, interview materials, and master project pages.
You will also take on a supporting role in shaping the presentations that design teams deliver to potential clients at interviews—in terms of delivery and content. You will facilitate and contribute to strategy discussions with principals and senior staff on business development efforts tracked in our CRM system, and lead research initiatives on potential clients and competitors.
Required Skill Set1-4 years of experience in an AEC firm producing multiple submissions at a timeDemonstrated expertise in communicating strengths of a company with a large, and complex portfolio of work, especially through the RFP/RFQ processInterest in the environment and urbanism; you will become a subject matter expert quickly and continue to deepen your industry knowledge over timeExtremely strong InDesign skills working within a branded template is requiredExperience and comfort communicating with senior firm leadersDocument review experience for adherence to brand standards and grammar/spellingMust-have attributes include the ability to be a true team player and jump in where needed, ability to calmly juggle multiple submissions and overlapping priorities, comfort in ambiguity, and strong attention to detailMicrosoft Office, and Google Workspace experience is highly desirableExperience using a CRM program or managing a database of project informationNice to Have
Experience working in Adobe Photoshop or IllustratorOpenAsset, Deltek, Salesforce experienceSasaki uses Chicago Style--working in this previously is a plusProven experience working independently, ability to seek out answers to complex problems, and ask the right questionsSubmit
