As part of this commitment, we are looking to hire an enthusiastic and passionate candidate, eager to contribute to our continued success through the following employment opportunity:About the RoleThe Senior RFP Analyst/GES serves as one of the Global RFP Content and Development team’s primary liaisons to the Growth Equity Strategies (GES) product group. The analyst works closely with the GES and Strategic Marketing team members, as well as others within the firm, to respond to new business, consultant and client requests for the GES products. The analyst also ensures that the GES product language and other information maintained within the firm’s content library, FaqStore, is up-to-date.About the TeamLoomis’ Global RFP Content and Development team currently has 13 members located in the US and UK, primarily in the firm’s Boston office. Team members partner with subject matter experts across the firm to develop responses to and complete complex and highly customized new business proposals and requests for information for prospects, consultants and clients. The team covers all product offerings, vehicle types, and asset classes offered by the firm, both domestic and global. Team members work closely with Loomis’s sales, consultant relations and relationship management groups, based in the US, Europe and Asia, and they also work with our parent company’s US and international business development units to complete requests for Loomis’ product offerings.Job ResponsibilitiesAct as one of the Global RFP Content and Development (RFP) team’s primary liaisons dedicated to the GES team.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the dedicated GES Strategic Marketing analyst and GES team members.Work closely with Strategic Marketing and the GES team to complete RFPs, RFI’s and ESG level requests.Manage and prioritize multiple GES requests at once, meeting all deadlines and expectationsImmerse in GES team culture continuously working to build deeper knowledge of the GES products with a focus on improving RFP quality.Ensure that clear and consistent messaging describes the GES products and capabilities within RFPs and the RFP library, FaqStore, records.Understand and accurately report GES product data including: performance, characteristics, AUM, and other data.Develop ESG knowledge as it relates to the GES team products.Increase the quality of GES RFPs with the objective of reducing Strategic Marketing and GES team time spent on editing RFP drafts.Qualifications & Education RequirementsExperience writing RFPs or preparing marketing materials for Equity products within an investment management firm; experience with ESG a plus.A bachelor’s degree, relevant certifications and an MBA a plus.Interest in equity investment management with the desire and capability to build continuously on product knowledge and expertise.Familiarity with providing marketing and client support to institutional channels, consultants and retail intermediaries within an investment management setting.Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.The ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent project and time management skills with the capability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.EEOC and Diversity S tatementLoomis Sayles is deeply committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce in which talented individuals can realize their full potential and contribute to our growth and success.
