Job Description:As a Home Care Marketer Lead at Care Runners Home Care Services, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and fostering relationships within the community. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our services to potential clients, healthcare professionals, and community organizations. You will be a key representative of our organization, advocating for our mission and values while driving growth and engagement.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to generate leads and increase client referrals.

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and other referral sources.

Conduct outreach activities, including networking events, health fairs, and community presentations, to raise awareness of Care Runners Home Care Services Inc.

Collaborate with our community intake team to facilitate the intake process for new clients.

Provide education and training sessions to healthcare professionals and community members on our services.

Track marketing metrics and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for making a positive impact.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Google Suite is a plus.
