Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm

Responsibilities:
Connect stakeholders, referring professionals, and alumni through phone and email communicationAdd and update contact in SalesforceDocument correspondence in Salesforce and recommendations for follow upCollaborates on new initiatives and campaign strategiesAssist with implementation of marketing and development activitiesProduce monthly reports for marketing and fundraisingSupport onsite tours and planning of special events at both Asheville and Mill Spring campusesQualifications:
Associates Degree in marketing or similar field, at least 3 years of administrative experience in a non-profit setting or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with non-profit fundraising, marketing and/or in the mental health field a plusComputer knowledge of Office 365 SuiteDonor database and Salesforce experience a plus
