What You're Great At:

You excel in leveraging CRM platforms to drive powerful 1:1 communications across all channels. You drive operational efficiency and revenue growth, with a strong understanding of purchase funnels and engagement. You thrive on data-driven insights, continuously refining strategies and automating processes to maximize performance. You understand reporting tools and KPIs in order to extract actionable insights, optimize audience segmentation and deliver strategies for enhanced outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Develop and manage audience segmentation efforts to deliver personalized marketing messages tailored to distinct audience segments and customer lifecycle stages.Create and deploy new CRM/lifecycle automation to support cross-departmental (i.e., sales, marketing, customer experience) goals.Drive the execution of database re-engagement, cold and targeted outbound communications, and other growth initiatives,, employing automation to streamline processes and scale operations effectively.Develop and deploy enablement resources such as 1:1 emails, playbooks, and scripts in conjunction with sales and marketing stakeholders.Oversee the end-to-end process of creating, scheduling, and deploying email, push, and text campaigns, including A/B testing where possible, analyzing campaign results and iteratively optimizing performance to achieve strategic objectives.Report on key audience, campaign, and pipeline performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with overarching business goals and objectives. Develop dashboards and ad hoc reporting.Collaborate closely with the content team to enhance customer engagement and synchronize messaging and branding across all touchpoints.Partner with IT and the Marketing Operations Director to drive MarTech roadmapPartner with Marketing Operations and IT teams to ensure data integrity and hygiene, implementing workflow automation to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency.And other duties as the goals of the department and company evolve over time.Skills You Have:

Possess 3-5 years in marketing or sales operations..

Strong familiarity with audience management, email marketing, and other marketing processes.

Proficient in HubSpot or other CRM platforms, with a deep understanding of CRM functionalities, automation, and data management.

Highly adaptable with strong listening skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.

Salary: $65,000- $75,000 per year
