Associate Marketing Manager

The Associate Marketing Manager will develop marketing strategies and implement marketing plans to support business objectives and goals for Life Insurance, ID Theft, and Mobile App product lines.

Leads cross-functional teams on key business initiatives including acquisition, retention and cross-sell across alternate media channels, i.e. digital and social media. Oversees all day-to-day aspects of projects and campaigns from initiation to strategic recommendations for future marketing plans with accountability for results tracking and analysis. Identifies the impact of marketing projects on the various channels (brick and-mortar, web, call center) and business units and communicates appropriately.

Communicates and champions ideas effectively, influencing managers at all levels of the organization, working with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives and presenting information to executives as needed.

Constructs and manages budgets including allocating funds strategically to integrated marketing plans and using discretion in making budgetary decisions.

Conducts tracking, analytics and reporting through software tools and optimizes marketing campaigns based on results or identifying changes or new ideas to increase effectiveness of the campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business is preferred.8+ years' experience in developing and managing integrated marketing plans including budget development and forecasting is required.Experience managing vendor, internal client and agency relationships is preferred.Has the ability to toggle well between creative and analytical projectsRequires experience utilizing marketing database and research tools to effectively target market and perform results analysis.Broad based knowledge of brand and direct response marketing and experience in managing and supporting large-scale marketing/promotional efforts is required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required.Demonstrated partnering, leadership, interpersonal, project management and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to think creatively and bring innovation to the marketing approach.Must have the ability to manage workload and make decisions daily on managing competing priorities.Requires a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

The starting pay range for this position is:

$82,100.00 - $109,500.00Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
