Sr. Account Manager (Property and Casualty) - Full-time

Required Qualifications:A college degree is preferred, but a high school diploma or equivalency is requiredProfessional Designation.Must have good communication skills, both verbal and writtenGood listening skills and attention to detail are requiredMust have excellent problem-solvingShould have at least 5 years of insurance experience with a good understanding of multi-line commercial insurance contracts and coveragesShould possess some understanding of the negotiation process and have the ability to handle multiple prioritiesA Property Casualty Agent's License is requiredJob Description
Service clients on a book of assigned business in accordance with service and quality management standards and proceduresPromote ongoing client loyaltyRetain, in conjunction with the Producer and/or Account Executive, all assigned accountsInput and maintain client policy information in the agency management system (AMS) accurately and in accordance with standards and proceduresPrepare Certificate of Insurance masters and cooperate with our Certificate Department in the issuance of all COI's required by the clientAssist in the preparation of, and presentation of, Claim Review as required by the Client Service PlanCoordinate with the assigned Client Analyst all endorsements as requested by the clientRespond to clients' ongoing service needs in accordance with service standardsNegotiate all surety and fidelity bonds as required by the clientCommunicate client needs to all other departments including accounting, claims, reporting, or others as requiredNotify manager, producer, and account executive of cancellation, audit, or coverage issues on clientsKeep producer and account executive informed on any important activity of their clientsBenefits:
