A little about the position:
The Marketing Production Coordinator's primary duties are to help in the sourcing, production, receipt, organization, inventory, and distribution/installation of Marketing collateral.They may be asked to order, print, and deliver materials to various locations around the resort and throughout the area in winter driving conditions. This person is able to communicate well to coordinate deliveries, ensure appropriate presentation of materials, and identify new opportunities for collateral and message placements.This person also will be called upon to assist with various other functions of the Marketing Department, including management of on-site digital signage, copywriting, event support, communications, reporting, and upkeep of project management and channel tracking reporting.The Marketing Production Coordinator has a general, broad understanding of marketing in order to assist with a cross-section of the functions of the Marketing Department as assigned by the Director of Guest Experience Marketing. An ideal candidate is able to prioritize and execute various tasks with a degree of independence.This person has a high degree of organizational skills and quality expectations. They look for processes and procedures that improve efficiency and communication, and reduce rework or mistakes.Requirements:
MS Office Suite - requiredValid CA driver's license and/or use of vehicle for local distribution.Strong written and verbal communication skillsMust have meticulous attention to detail.Experience with Basecamp or other project management tools preferred.Experience in Marketing preferred
Hourly Pay: $22.00-$23.75
