Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will support our marketing, social media, and communications strategy. We are looking for a driven, dynamic leader with a passion for marketing and a proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results. This role involves content creation and management for various communication channels and supports marketing programs to achieve our organizational objectives for volume, revenue, profit, acquisitions, retention, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of direct marketing and communications experience.Excellent communication and decision-making skills.Strong written and spoken presentation skills with attention to detail.Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.Strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.Experience with social media management and analytics tools.Excellent communication, copywriting, and content creation skills.Experience with influencer collaboration.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing plan in collaboration with our external marketing agency.Leverage social media to identify and acquire customers, contributing to the overall marketing strategy.Maintain and enhance online relationships with guests by responding to inquiries, reviews, and social media posts.Ensure effective internal communications to keep all relevant departments informed of marketing objectives.Write various types of copy, adapting to different purposes and platforms.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to establish a consistent tone of voice and writing style.Attend training sessions and conferences as needed.Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently, including working varied hours, weekends, or evenings when necessary.Anticipate work needs and follow through with minimal direction.Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals and target audience.Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.Respond to comments and messages from followers, fostering a sense of community and brand loyalty.Property Details
