About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Grant Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, researching, and applying for grants that support our technology-enabled healthcare initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the grant application process by developing high-quality grant proposals and reports, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and meet funding requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a cross-functional team, work on innovative projects, and contribute to the growth and success of our startup.

What you'll do:

Conduct thorough research to identify grant opportunities that align with the company's mission and goals.Write compelling and persuasive grant proposals, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with funding requirements.Maintain a comprehensive list/database of all grant applications, including deadlines, submission statuses, and funding outcomes.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of grant applications.Ensure compliance with all grant requirements, including reporting and documentation.Develop and implement strategies for maximizing grant funding opportunities.Liaise with funding agencies to clarify requirements and strengthen funding relationships.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldAt least 2 years of experience in grant writing, preferably in the healthcare sectorUnderstanding of healthcare funding mechanismsDemonstrated success in securing grants from a variety of sources.Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to independently manage multiple deadlines.What you get:
