The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the on-line experiences, digital marketing strategies, and digital execution to support the promotion of the Warren CAT brand, products, and services. This includes developing, recommending, managing, implementing, and measuring digital marketing tactics that support the specific marketing plans for the company and each business unit.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Manage the day-to-day tactical operations of the Digital Marketing team to increase leads, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to company website, and promote online presence.Provide guidance on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, systems, processes, and channels.Own and maintain on-line digital elements such as websites, social media accounts, Google business presence, listings, locations, and various eCommerce sites.Work closely with the Marketing and Sales Teams to develop and execute the digital channel elements for marketing plans, campaigns, initiatives, and events.Evaluate the effectiveness and manage the performance of digital marketing campaigns, report on digital marketing metrics.Develop, recommend, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns and/or strategies, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, streaming, and display advertising campaigns, to promote the company’s, products, and services.Work with the Content Team and outside agencies to coordinate the creation and delivery of compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales across all digital platforms.Make recommendations to optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns.Collaborate cross-functionally, with internal and external customers (including Caterpillar Inc.) to achieve digital marketing strategic goals.Develop and manage the digital marketing budget in compliance with all company guidelines, ensuring all campaigns are cost-effective.Draft policies and procedures for digital marketing strategies and/or procedures.Maintain awareness of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.Supervisory Responsibilities:Manage the Digital Marketing team.Develop and manage an annual budget.Collaborate and communicate with multiple internal and external partners.Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.Manage the interviewing, hiring, and training of employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field and a minimum of 5-7 years related in digital marketing execution.Previous experience with Websites, Social Media, Google, Meta, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (or other marketing automation), and digital marketing execution is preferred.Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required.Exceptional leadership, influencing, collaboration, relationship building, innovation, creativity problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.Advanced analytics skills to analyze complex marketing data.Advanced project management and oral/written communication skills.Advanced budgeting skills.Proficient knowledge of presenting to C-Suite.Motivational fit and interest to work in the construction equipment and power generation industry.WHY WORK WITH US?
