Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, a deep understanding of partner ecosystems, and a proven track record of driving successful partner marketing programs.

As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing joint marketing initiatives with our strategic partners to drive mutual business growth and enhance our market presence.

Additionally, you will manage the partner portal and foster a strong relationship with Microsoft.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing plans to support the overall business objectives and drive revenue growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including regular communication, strategy alignment, and co-marketing initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and corporate marketing, to ensure alignment and successful execution of partner marketing programs.Create and manage joint marketing campaigns, including content creation, demand generation, events, and digital marketing efforts.Monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing programs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.Manage partner marketing budgets and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of funds to maximize ROI.Identify and develop new marketing opportunities with partners to drive mutual business growth.Manage and optimize the partner portal, ensuring it is a valuable resource for partners and supports their marketing efforts.Foster and maintain a strong relationship with Microsoft, aligning marketing strategies and collaborating on joint initiatives.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to ensure our partner marketing strategies remain competitive and effective.Provide training and support to internal teams and partners on marketing programs, tools, and best practices.Qualifications and experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in partner or channel marketing roles.Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing programs.Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and experience working with strategic partners.Experience managing partner portals and leveraging them for marketing initiatives.Proven experience working at Microsoft or managing the Microsoft partnership at another company.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
