The Trade Marketing Manager, North America Pro is responsible for translating brand marketing campaigns and initiatives to distributor-specific needs including visual merchandising, sampling, events, in-store & digital activations, and more to drive growth. This person will champion the needs of the professional and ensure consideration of the stylist perspective.

The Trade Marketing Manager, North America Pro will assist the Marketing Director with execution of all brand elements within the salon professional channel including but not limited to Tradeshows & Event Marketing, Education, Social Media, and Stylist Activations.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to research and provide regular analytics around potential strategic alliances, as well as support the team with inputs on brand communications and go-to-market plans.

Help develop and execute the overall brand strategy within the professional channel

Collaborate with Marketing Director to execute go-to-market plans including new product launches, advertising creative, media planning, in-store execution, point of sale, promotions etcCollaborate closely with channel owners to develop and implement 360 programs to support OLAPLEX in the professional channelTranslate global brand vision into salon specific strategies for the brandDrive adaptation of marketing campaigns to specific customer needs, ensuring 360 campaigns (in-store, digital, social, events, promotions), covering ongoing and launch support and promotional activityLead planning + execution of in-store visual merchandising + print needs across customer portfolioWork alongside Account Managers to develop and create holistic trade marketing plans designed to drive business, including visual merchandising, sales promotions, holiday sales, seasonal events, loyalty programs, GWP, special kits, etc. while delivering a strong ROI on programmingLead the planning and submission of JBP & planning documents to customersPartner with Sales, Field, Education, Creative Teams to plan and execute eventsBrief and create collateral for all customer-specific programs and in-store needsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of copy, comps, artwork, visuals, etc. to customersManage sampling + product trial opportunities across customer portfolioIdentify growth opportunitiesOwn the Sales, Marketing, Education & Digital (SMED) calendar to ensure it's the central point of truth for all professional channel activities & programsOwn the budget management & updates; continue to optimize as needed to support the businessStrategy & Insights

Evaluate ROI of marketing campaigns and adjust plans as necessary. Regular reporting & analysis on effectiveness, functionality of strategies & programs including KPIsCollaborate with the Integrated Marketing team to provide feedback and analysis on innovation, campaigns, key initiatives (pre-, post- and during)Stay informed on professional industry trends, competitive landscapes and new technologies affecting salons and distribution platformsBe the internal champion for the product

Assist Marketing Director, Education and Sales team in the development and delivery of presentations, materials and collateral to ensure success with key partners and professional audiencesCollaborate with Sales team to track and analyze in-market implementationParticipant in strategic customer meetings including: Monthly business updates, Line-Reviews, & Joint-Business PlanningCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure synergies with our in-store & digital strategyRegularly communicates with Sales, Field, Education teams to share Account specific support plans and changesAssist in developing an educational platform to drive awareness and advocacy

Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Education team to develop out-of-the box education initiatives that breakthrough and create awareness and understanding of unique points of difference for OLAPLEXCollaborate with Education on the content & materials developed for the Pro Site, App, Facebook Group, etc and enforce building a Pro CommunityAbout You:Bachelor's Degree with a focus on marketing, communications, or a related field with specific experience in Beauty and/or Professional salon channels5-7+ years of experience in marketing roles, demonstrating a track record of success in these areasExceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle urgent matters efficiently across multiple time zonesStrong relationship-building abilities, with a focus on developing and maintaining positive internal and external partnershipsSelf-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining a high level of productivityProficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant office software, including Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent communication and organization skills, ability to juggle different projects under pressure is keyA quality of team work, proactiveness with a can-do, go-getter attitude and attention to detail is criticalMust have a passion and drive for the beauty industryWe'd love to have you apply, even if you don't feel you meet every single requirement. The annual base pay for this position is

$100,000 - $135,000

with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
