Sales and Marketing Director Benefits:

Sales and Marketing Director Qualifications:
• Four years of documented sales results in an AL, IL, RCFE community setting
• Excellent leadership skills
• Pass a criminal background check
• Experience working with private pay residents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and proficient with Microsoft Office

Sales and Marketing Director Responsibilities:
• Community outreach to build relationships to drive census and meet company growth goal
• Generate and manage leads to qualified prospects and move them through the admission process.
• Develop written and digital promotional marketing materials for the community
• Participate in community marketing events throughout the year
• Maintain competitive analysis of local, assisted living, independent living, and memory care
