As a Senior Content Designer in our growing content design team, you will be a passionate wordsmith, user advocate, and systematic thinker. You will thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and will help build the processes that you'll work within. You will handle shifting directives with aplomb and uphold the tenets of leading with empathy and customer-centricity as you work with product managers, designers, engineers, researchers, marketing, legal, and senior business executives to transform end-to-end customer experiences. You may be asked to complete a brief writing challenge as part of the interview process.

Job responsibilities

Craft intuitive and engaging content for digital productsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to execute a cohesive content experience to align with our user and business needsAdhere and contribute to our content design systemGive and accept constructive feedbackAssist the broader team with copy needs for presentations and documentsShare knowledge and educate the organization about content design and best practicesRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills

Bachelor's degree3+ years of writing-based work experience, with at least 3 years in content designPortfolio or work samples that demonstrate your skills as a content designer.Please include a link to your online portfolio or work samples in your résumé.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
