Web Developer

Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our development team at our American Fork office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript programming. The role involves customizing and optimizing applications to meet business needs and enhance functionality.Responsibilities:Develop and customize web applications to support the business needs of DentalQore.Collaborate with team members to plan, code, and deploy new features and updates.Troubleshoot and optimize existing PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript codebases for improved performance and reliability.Maintain documentation of code changes, application updates, and development processes.Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team coding standards and practices.Necessary Skills:Strong proficiency in PHP and MySQL.Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive web design.Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.Helpful Skills:Experience with WHMCS customization and module development.Experience integrating third-party APIs and web services.Knowledge of additional programming languages and technologies.Familiarity with Linux server administration and server-side technologies.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.2+ years of relevant experience in PHP/MySQL development preferred.About usDentalQore is a practice growth and technology company that specializes in digital marketing for the dental industry.
