Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Assist in the development and implement marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive growth. Collaborate with the team to help design strategies that leverage social media, display ads, SEO, and SEM.
Content Creation & Management: Help craft and oversee the production of engaging marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, and newsletters. Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all platforms.
Digital & social media: Maintain and optimize content on our website and social media channels to boost engagement and brand presence. Monitor trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead in the digital landscape.
Event Coordination: Assist with planning, organizing, and managing marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities. Ensure smooth execution and impactful delivery of events to support brand goals.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct market research and analyze performance data to drive marketing decisions. Track key metrics, assess campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with team members to brainstorm and develop innovative marketing ideas and strategies. Foster a collaborative environment to generate fresh concepts and solutions.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in marketing or communications roles, including internships. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is highly desirable.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with marketing software, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and analytics tools is a plus.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and clearly articulate marketing ideas.
Analytical & Creative: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and measure marketing performance, paired with a creative mindset for developing innovative marketing strategies.
Organizational Ability: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning, growth, and contributing to team success.
