The AWS Solutions team is looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive messaging, positioning, advocacy, product launches, and go-to-market strategies for cutting edge solutions.

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Marketing Manager with strong creative and storytelling skills, to join the AWS Solutions team to develop a customer-centric narratives and deliver engaging experiences to drive top-level business goals. As a key team member in this fast growing, exciting space you will have the opportunity to help lead early market development efforts, establish compelling messaging, drive global growth, and help shape the future this AI-powered technology that will have a significant impact on our customers’ businesses. You will partner closely with AWS Executives, Product Managers, Marketing, Sales, and Partner leads.

Position may be located in Seattle, San Francisco, or Santa Clara. Relocation offered from within the US only to these locations.

Key job responsibilities

• You will be part of the team responsible for defining our positioning and messaging to customers

• You will create the most compelling content to help customers understand the use cases and value propositions

• You will help define the product roadmap strategy

• You will work with AWS customers to understand how they are deploying AWS Solutions

• You will work with executive leadership, at both the strategic and tactical level, to champion bold, creative ideas

• You will articulate complex technical concepts in simple terms

• You will work effectively across AWS with groups such as engineering, marketing, sales, business development, and evangelists to achieve our joint business goals

The AWS Product Marketing team develops crisp, highly differentiated, and compelling positioning and messaging for AWS and its services. We’re also responsible for “connecting the dots” between various different AWS capabilities and services to make sure that we are building and marketing the right portfolios of offerings to meet and exceed the needs of our customers – and that we’re able to clearly articulate the value propositions of our capabilities via various forms of content. Our team also drives our cadence of launching and making available our services so that our customers can adopt them.

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans

Experience communicating results to senior leadership

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
