About The Role:

As a CBRE Marketing Specialist located in the Austin office, you will be responsible for performing complex marketing project management tasks and offering strategic content creation for Business Development materials. This position is responsible for preparing proposals, presentations, and client facing marketing, as well as other administrative duties.

This job is part of the General Marketing job function. They are responsible for the design, development, and execution of marketing programs that support the organization's products and services.

What You'll Do:

Develop and deliver projects to support company growth and business development. Oversee projects from beginning to end including developing and sharing project ideas, soliciting feedback, and delivering quality results. Projects include presentations, proposals, capabilities summaries, reports, brochures, email marketing, etc.

Work well with many viewpoints. This position works closely with the full marketing team, internal stakeholders, market leaders, brokers, platform partners, and support staff, and will handle contending opinions and priorities.

Produce deliverables and make design edits. This individual will use both InDesign and PowerPoint to produce entire deliverables or make edits to existing files for some projects; and for other projects will work closely with a graphic designer to run deliverable production.

Ensure artwork and copy are the correct size, type, and style, to follow company branding guidelines.

Competence in B2B marketing, business strategy and project management will be critical for success in this role.

Collaborate with clients, managers, art directors, and other project participants to understand the assignment, audience, messaging, and layout.

Quality control, proofreading, writing and creating content while handling timelines and expectations.

This position will have to learn all about the CBRE platform, technologies, and reporting.

Chip in, in meetings. Must be able to lead a productive meeting and explain project recommendations or viewpoints.

Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 1-3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Must be able to work in our Austin office location for the required minimum of three days per week, with flexibility to accommodate additional days as required by business needs.

Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients.
