Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Summary:The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing Momentive’s digital marketing activities and optimizing our lead generation, nurturing, and sales qualification process. This role requires a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and an understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, with a collaborative spirit, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities Include:

Partner with global segment marketing teams to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that achieve business objectives and drive online engagement.

Implement and optimize campaigns across various digital channels and regions.

Regularly measure and analyze program success against defined KPIs and growth targets. Create and share presentations to stakeholders across the organization.

Provide thought leadership and training on digital tools. Translate digital marketing programs, their tactics, and results in a way that is succinct and easy to understand.

Support the creation of compelling and relevant content for digital campaigns, including landing pages, email messages and more.

Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including segment marketing teams, ecommerce, sales enablement, and IT to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

Utilize web analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, and opportunities.

Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, implementing new strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and other legislation.

Travel Requirements - 10%

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, communications, or business

3+ years’ experience in digital marketing and campaign management, inbound marketing, account management, sales qualification, and/or CRM systems.

Proficiency with platforms such as Pardot/Hubspot/Marketo, Google or Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, email marketing software, A/B testing, etc.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language).

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-starter with a pro-active approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques.

The following are preferred for the role

Experience with Salesforce.com/Pardot

Experience in B2B marketing

Experience in the technical, mechanical or chemical industries

Experience working at a global company

General experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

Basic skills in HTML, CSS and Javascript

**Please note, the position can be remote if not located near our Global Headquarters in Niskayuna, NY or North Carolina location. Otherwise, the role would be hybrid if located near one of our locations.

What We Offer:Base Pay Range: $79,000 - $115,500

The actua l salary offered i s determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill set s, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable . Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
