We want an innovative thinker that has an intimate understanding of the digital platforms and emerging spaces our Athletes consume, as well as the role they play at the pulse of culture and during sports moments & breakthroughs or high-heat product drops.The candidate should have the ability to manage multiple projects and build strong working relationships. They should be solution-oriented, a team-first collaborator, energy giver, digital problem solver, passionate about sport, and curious to learn.WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONYou will be working within the Global Jordan Brand Digital Marketing team, reporting to the Director, Global Digital Marketing.In this role, you will partner with the Brand Marketing, Social and Integrated Media teams to define the strategy, set and own the digital experiences, creation of digital content and marketing plans from strategy to execution.This will include working within the broader Jordan Brand organization to plan out future projects, collaborating across multiple workstreams at the same time, communicating with cross-functional partners and leading seasonal executions from beginning to end. You will translate brand, athlete, and seasonal strategies into marketing plans & executions to drive a consumer journey across direct digital partners. You will also serve as a creative thought partner to find new ways to attract, activate & retain new and prospective members.Lead seasonal planning of key priorities for the season, in partnership with the Director on the team.Ideate & build new consumer experiences/opportunities at scale.Write the briefs & lead content production with internal & external creative partners for optimal GEO adoption; provide content that is inspirational, enriching, insightful, and entertaining that connects the consumer with the brand to achieve specific brand engagement and business outcomes on behalf of Jordan Brand Digital Marketing aligned with brand strategy in service to the Athlete.Work in close partnership with brand operations to map out key dates & gates ahead of a season and deliverables per project/campaign.Lead reporting and sharing of Digital Marketing Success metrics on owned channels.Display expertise and comprehensive knowledge of .com, SNKRS app, Nike App & Targeted comms, inclusive of a full understanding of existing and future capabilities.Partner closely with Brand Creative to directly influence creative output and platform distinction.Lead communication with geo teams on marketing support.Partner with Geo Teams on seasonal deliverables to increase opt-in percent of Digital Owned Channels.WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHIf this is you, you will be reporting to the Director, Global Digital Marketing.You’ll partner with Brand Marketing, Social, Integrated Media & Brand Operations teams to translate concepts into journeys to drive an integrated marketing plan with specific metrics. You are a functional expert and adept at building plans through cross-team navigation. You have a strong understanding of digital marketing/storytelling and consumer experience.3+ years experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing.Strong digital skill and digital marketing experience in digital owned platforms.Strong understanding of full funnel marketing as well as working knowledge of digital platforms including Apps, e-mail, .com, paid media, & social.Detail oriented & results oriented. This position requires someone who can plan ahead, think analytically, and develops recommendations for ideas or services.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations.Experience in working an integrated marketing offense on a global led and/or GEO/City led level.Strong analytical skills and proven capability to use data to drive business decisions & marketing optimization required.Ability to collaborate in high profile matrix oriented environment across various business functions.NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
