Site Technical Director
for the site near Dallas. You will lead all things technical: manufacturing maintenance, facilities, and engineering. Reporting into the Plant Manager and sitting on the site leadership team, the plant runs 24/7 and has about 1000 team members in total. The new Technical Leader will have several direct reports and a team of about 90. It is critical that you bring a significant base of experience in leading a large maintenance team and a proven hands-on, lead-by-example leadership approach. Having a solid engineering background in a highly automated, complex manufacturing environment and thin gauge thermoforming experience are both high wants.
