Our growing team is focused on best-in-class advertising, storytelling, and consumer experience for all of Whirlpool’s brands. We’re committed to increasing and elevating Whirlpool’s output of campaigns, content, design, experiences, and digital innovation across all consumer touchpoints.The Associate Director, Creative Strategy will architect the strategic vision that helps uncover human-centered insights, provoke innovative creative ideas, and inspire teams to create breakthrough communications approaches across the Whirlpool portfolio of brands.Your responsibilities will includeStrategic Leadership:Lead a team of Creative Strategists to deliver comprehensive briefs that drive creative strategy for integrated campaigns.Guide the development of strategic insights to inform creative concepts, content development, and campaign execution.Partner with Marketing Science on learning plans, suggesting and owning the creative strategy learning plan.Brand Stewardship:Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all creative outputs.Advocate for the brand's voice, tone, and visual identity in all communications and creative materials.Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm, develop, and execute innovative concepts and ideas.Organizational Support:Be a part of the Brand Org Leadership Team, steering the culture, capabilities, and future of the broader organization.Partner with analytics and insights teams to set standards and best practices of measurement and evaluation of creative campaigns.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.7+ years of experience in creative strategy, marketing strategy, or related role, preferably within a creative agency environment.Expertise in go-to-market product strategy.Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.Preferred skills and experiences:Ability to discern customer insight from large data sets.Exceptional writing and communication skills.Passion and empathy for the customer’s perspective.Proven track record of leveraging consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.Additional informationWhirlpool’s Ways of WorkingWe apply ‘always on’ flexibility to all work days.
