Ford is developing leadership at the forefront of connected, digital platforms that will revolutionize every aspect of how vehicles function, the way people interact with them, and the value those vehicles provide.This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing Communications, Integrated Services, who reports to the Global Chief Marketing Officer.In this position...Ford is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing for Integrated Services who will be responsible for leading the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across the portfolio, driving a measurable journey from lead to acquisition to retention. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of performance marketing, subscription marketing, paid media, CRM, and marketing technology platforms.This role will be responsible for working across the organization, particularly with Paid Media, CRM, Search, Web, Global Data & Analytics, Customer Insights & Analytics, and the Software/IT organizations to define performance marketing requirements, and implement measurement, tracking and optimization processes.What

do...The Director of Performance Marketing will be responsible for building a team to best support the emerging needs of Integrated Services.
