We move fast, with precision, and always execute with privacy at the forefront.We're looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join Content Infrastructure Snap!What you’ll do:Manage and mentor a team of full-stack developers, in a fast-paced, quick-to-market environment
Set the strategy, build a roadmap, create measurable goals, and lead your team to deliver
Collaborate with Product, Operation, Data Science and Engineering teams, and executive stakeholders
Evaluate the technical tradeoffs of major decisions and be a strong technical mentor
Hire, grow and retain high-performing team members
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Background with building high availability and mission critical systems
Experience with leading an engineering team
Ability leading and executing large, complex technical initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors in a technical field such as Computer Science or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience working in software engineering
2+ years of experience managing a team
Experience with distributed systems and web development
Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with the Content Ingestion, Indexing, Deliver or Trust & Safety spaces
Track record of delivery in rapidly changing, highly collaborative, multi-stakeholder environments
Experience with operating business critical systems/products

The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.Zone A (CA, WA, NYC)
:The base salary range for this position is $222,000-$333,000 annually.
Zone B
:The base salary range for this position is $211,000-$316,000 annually.
Zone C
:The base salary range for this position is $189,000-$283,000 annually.
